Human touch. I have come to realize how important human touch is, not for all, but for most. The goal of the Touch Therapy Massage is not to "dig" into the muscle, but rather to fulfill the void of human touch through massage. A hug is always available pre or post-massage (if requested by the client).

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage that focuses on realigning the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. Most people think a Deep Tissue massage is just "deeper" or "more" pressure, when in reality it is it's own set of techniques used to address the multiple layers of muscles addressed. At times a client may feel sore after receiving a Deep Tissue massage but should never feel bruised or worse.
